Chazz Gold
Artist
Chazz Gold is a multidisciplinary artist, photographer, DJ, and AI artist whose work explores technology, spirituality, memory, transformation, and the tension between the human and the machine.
After a life altering traumatic brain injury in 2009 that resulted in a 12 day coma and the permanent loss of use of his right hand, Gold was forced to rebuild both his life and creative process. Working entirely with his left hand, he developed a distinct visual language shaped by altered memory, corrupted systems, sacred geometry, cybernetic architecture, and what he describes as “broken code.”
His work moves between photography, digital collage, generative AI, animation, video, physical objects, and blockchain based art. Recurring figures include saints, angels, oracles, mechanical gods, futuristic cities, and monumental human forms that feel simultaneously ancient and technological.
Gold’s practice often treats technology as more than a tool. It becomes a collaborator, a mirror, and a way to reconstruct fragments of identity, memory, and experience. His work exists at the intersection of cyberpunk, surrealism, spirituality, and maximalism, creating worlds that feel like artifacts from an unknown future or relics from a civilization still being built.
Through both digital and physical editions, exhibitions, public displays, and experimental media, Gold continues to explore how personal transformation can become mythology, and how damaged systems can be rebuilt into something entirely new.
